RATES and Insurance

My rates for individual counseling are: 

 

Initial Consultation (15 minutes) - Free

Intake Evaluation (60 minutes) - $350

​

Standard Therapy Appointments (45/60 minutes) - $215/$285

 

Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Medical Mutual, Meritain Health,and Ohio Healthy.

Getting Started

Therapy begins with an intake evaluation, where we'll discuss your concerns and develop a treatment plan. Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on their needs and goals.

Insurance & Payment

If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.

Before your first appointment, contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement requirements.

Questions about fees, insurance, or payment options? We're happy to discuss them during your consultation. FSA, HSA, and HRA funds may be used for services.
